This is our 316 stainless steel boat hand rail fitting for 7/8 (22mm). The rail comes out of the bracket on a 30 degree angle and has 2 Allen screws to hold the rail in place. The base is 3 1/4 X 1 and is 1 tall. The center to center of the screw holes is 1 .
